Too much iRacing is unpossible.

I was doing circuit racing, then thought I'd have a look at ovals. I remember a game years ago, Nascar or something that I used to enjoy using keyboard only.
Turns out I still enjoy it, and better still I'm pretty good too. The yanks are getting pissed off with me though because my pings not great and I'm bouncing sometimes. Also I like to start from the back of the grid and work through, 2 wins last night, lol.

NASCAR Racing by Papyrus? That was a brilliant game, they also did great IndyCar games. I think I played with keyboard back then too (we're talking mid 90s here).

Yeah there was a SVGA option with fancier graphics which slowed to a crawl on my PC with more than about 4 cars on screen. Brilliant game though, I remember it had a paint shop where you could design the decor for your car and a not-too-shabby damage model as well (but that might all have been in the sequel - I definitely remember creating decals).

In another fun fact, if you were to put one of these modern 80GB monster games on floppies you would only need 55,555 to do it.

The guys behind iRacing came from Papyrus. Some of the basic modelling is still the same :)

Especially for @Lamp, tonight's presentation is Banana Loaf starring rum soaked sultanas with a supporting cast of dates and chopped almonds from our almond grove...

Mmm. Got the recipe? Nice Kenwood by the way. Does that have the egg-beater attachment?

We had terrible trouble with our almond grove. The golden eagles we used to warn us about local mountain erosion kept snacking on the peacocks. Usually that wouldn't be a problem; peacocks are bloody show-offs but they kept the orangutans from playing billiards with the local water melons.

Ok I made that up. The water melons aren't local. We have a 20 minute flight over London's only active volcano to reach them.

I've checked with the kitchen staff and we do have the egg beater and dough hook apparently. It's a Corona recipe adapted from Rachel Allen, it's late and I may have had a drink so let me get back to you tomorrow with the details.

Ha ha yes those were the days.
I remember buying the new OS from IBM. I think it was OS2. Was loads of disks and took forever to install and ending up being a piece of junk.

I tried OS/2 Warp, it was a short lived trial :p

So a couple of months ago we rescued a baby goat that had got out, took it back to the goat farm we thought it came from. Today a fucking donkey has turned up! Belongs to someone as its wearing a harness. Tethered it up where it can feed, given it water. Guardia Civil are coming at 5 to help.
How the fuck do you lose a donkey?

Well Guardia arrived and scanned him for a chip, he didn't have one. They went off down towards town with a picture to see if anyone knew who it belonged to, one of the Spanish neighbours offered to look after him as they have a stable, sorted.
