im saying that you preach like yours is the perfect way and everyone who doesnt follow you is stupid.

I'll assume you have read Scouse's posts before?

Anyway I had a fantastic lunch. The Classic from the Signature collection at McDonald's - definitely a cut above their usual fare, almost up with a Whopper in taste. No Five Guys/ShakeShack obviously, but still probably a solid 4 out of 5 on the burger scale.

Unlucky, @Scouse. After all your efforts as well. :(
the report said:
a profound inequality resistant to the public health interventions of successive governments
They still all insist that McD's "tastes great" and the poor can't afford real food even if their woeful education wasn't holding them back.
But:
A Government spokeswoman said: "This Government is committed to creating a society where everybody gets the opportunity to make a success of their hard work - regardless of where they are from.
So, do nowt again...

1) Old news - we'd suspected this for a long time because of pollsters, but this just adds more confirmation.
2) Remainers? Well, maybe - clever people did the study after all
3) Surprised? Not met a clever person yet who thought the leave vote was a good thing but still regularly bump into drooling racist morons who harp on about their 350 million quid and how muslims don't "integrate" in the same sentence...

That's not a Remainer thing... it was widely reported that areas with lower education and prospects voted to Leave.
  • The data confirms previous indications that local results were strongly associated with the educational attainment of voters - populations with lower qualifications were significantly more likely to vote Leave. (The data for this analysis comes from one in nine wards)
  • The level of education had a higher correlation with the voting pattern than any other major demographic measure from the census

You have to ask yourself, who is the more stupid. People who wanted to remain but didn't bother to put their phone down for a sec to vote (the young) or people who wanted out and actually turned up to vote?

Apathy for voting may be one measure of stupidity but it's not the only one.

If 100% of downs kids turned up to vote, but only 56% of astrophysicists you wouldn't say the downs kids were cleverer...

Meanwhile...
My favourite bits are:
the kind of wank Paula Radcliffe gets up in the middle of and takes a shit during
??!
and
he is a self-expressionist of the highest order, Britain's greatest living artist. Has Banksy done anything close to being as subversive as giving himself a coke-fuelled handy in a pub garden in Blackburn?

I have to say I found ShakeShack terribly disappointing after all the hype.

Well if Brexit turns out to be a sucess, can we ask all those educated people to hand back their qualifications.

For me its simple..educated people are more likely to have gone through the socialist wash at uni and tec than the living in the real world skilled..semi skilled..manual workers.

Everyone knows that if you received higher education of any sort you're automatically an elitist wank hamper.

Job's so far down the educational scale that anyone with above primary level education is elitist.

Do people who have gone to uni not live in the real world?
Mostly...this world was built on real skills and a handfull of uni supergeeks.
You know the spaceship from Hitchikers, the one where they they have sent all the marketing executives to a far off planet..well thats planet uni.

OK , I haven't got a degree, but I've got a HND which on the scale of knowing shit, puts me above 75% of Uni graduates.
I've also been on practically a solid years worth of coding, hardware, fibre optic, gsm, adsl and just about every area of telecoms software and hardware courses.
I could get a job anywhere tomorrow working on any of it.
I just chose to work 2 days a week faffing around with boilers.

All that means is that you can recognise that they do know something more than you yet for some reason you think the rest of what they know is no better than what you do, despite them having trained higher level comprehension and reasoning skills...

I know that you know most graduates waltz through uni and pop out unemployable, because they just dont have the personal skills to be useful in the workplace.
Ive seen them come and go..the bullshitters do well, a lot of them get on by massaging the egos of the bosses.
Most fold when they find they need to learn real shit very fast and their 'advanced' skills have little leverage against very clever people working the coal face.
Google give little kudos to a degree now and its becoming far kess desirable than experience.

86% of Google staff have a degree.

Yep. And you don't learn mechanical engineering at the coal face or any scientific discipline (because less than degree-level education is utterly inadequate - doctoral level minimum if you want to be doing serious stuff). Loads of stuff is degree level minimum.
