I have found that Tesco Finest chunky chips are the best oven chips, i don't own a deep fat fryer and never will

The best chips are from a chip shop you bloody idiots

Sorry Tom, but incorrect. Yes, there is a time for fat soggy chips, often with fish, but home fried proper ones, crisp outside soft inside, are better

Cardemon bun with an almond-mix in between and whipped cream. Properly consumed in a hot bath of milk.

Why would you eat a bun while in a bath of hot milk? Wierdo, must be a "foreign" thing.

Agree, but you're hardly going to cook a really nice steak and then throw chip shop chips down next to it - it's a whole different (and deliciously greasy) sort of meal.

Wouldn't mind trying it out. But imagine the cost and faff of buying, then heating enough milk, taking it upstairs to the bath in a pan, coming back downstairs to re-fill the pan, heating, going back upstairs (the original milk'd be cold), rinse, repeat a bazillion times.

I mean. How??!

Christ on a fuking bike, got dragged to see Lala land with the missus.
There 2 hours I would like wiped from my memory by some kind of brain slicing device.
20 quid, uncomfortable seats...a woman with tourettes in the same row...and the film...wtf was that...not a homage to the classics, just a frickin tedious sequel no one wants.
It never went anywhere, did anything or spark an ounce of happiness.
A high point was me recognising the observatory from GTA.

Kinda makes me think it must be good.

But Ryan Gosling and Hollywood licking it's own ass? He's probably right...

Its a musical isn't it? My wife would have informed where she can fuck off to if she wanted me to endure it...luckily she isn't a twat who enjoys musicals though.

I'm not averse to musicals per-se. The Blues Brothers and South Park The Movie were great.

But this?

Only a massive spaz would let chips lie on a blood-soaked plate

When the trailer 'teases' you with academy award winning this and that, it must be good, right?

And there is the catch.
We were paying to be in a club where we got cheap deals.
In any other part of life, that is a bollox arrangement.
In fact it was a bollox arrangement, full stop.
The EU is a clique and no one likes that.
Oh yeah, and they gave our money to broke ass countries, who we'll now have to compete with.

The key is in the word Union. You know, the concept where member countries provide support and assistance to one another, for the greater good of the Union. Utopic, right? Fuck me, right?
