Short story:

- Abscess on the right is actually where the seton is/was (t'was 5cm deep, 5cm round or so)
- Abscess actually burnt through into rectal wall (I have full control still!)
- Seton put in (first time), failed and got reinfected, secondary abscess put another hole into rectal wall.
- Various crap (LAWL.)
- Have 2x setons in place now, both actually going up and in and out (Proper circle, like) - Is what was done.

Surgeon thought they were going to have to have the wound open between both holes (Basically on the image.. Where the string starts to where there isn't one) - Luckily, it didn't come to that.

EDIT: Now, I have 2 5p (ish) sized holes on the surface which get packed daily, with the setons doing their stuff.

I have just looked and the one for my mouse is 5.1v 0.75 amp. I normally just leave that plugged in and swap the USB lead as I need. My tablet only charges about 50% over night I think because the Tablet charger is 5.1v and 2 amp. As the plug is in a shit of a place to get to and i am lazy I want to just leave one plugged in. I think I remember that as long as the Volts are right you can go over on Amps and the device just takes what it needs? So can I leave the biggest plug 5.1v 2 amp in and plug the smaller devices into it?

as long as all your devices are rated 5.1V then you should be ok. your tablet only charging about half way when connected to the lower amp charger is correct.

Just googled it, apparently the test plane had a fire in it so they are grounded for now. It was supposed to arrive today but they are hoping to get it here for the end of the week

While the charger provides the voltage, it is the device connected to it that draws current. The charger's amperage rating only states the maximum amount of current that may be drawn from it. If you connect a device that can draw up to 3 amps, to your 0.75 amp charger, then it will only draw 0.75 amps. But if you connect that same device to a charger rated at 3 amps max, then it'll draw 3 amps and consequently charge a lot faster.

My advice would be to use only a good quality branded USB charger. Where lithium batteries are involved, I have an inherent distrust of unbranded things.

After leaving my decent branded USB Charger in a hotel recently, I have discovered that the PS Vita Charger makes an awesome phone charger if you swap the USB leads for a microUSB rather than the VITA one. Not sure how many Volts it is, but seems to charge my Z in not much over an hour.
