SS2 still has the greatest voice work of any game ever made. Bioshock tried to replicate the whole (character) backstory via recorded messages and did do a very good job but nothing comes close to those SS2 tape archives for the gradual increase in horror as things get worse and worse for the crew. And of course Shodan is the single creepiest / most brilliant voice ever
