In fairness making city workers dress in suit and tie when they're solely inwardly facing and sat at a desk is hugely detrimental to work happiness and productivity. Yes they looked better but people do better work when they're comfortable.

As capitalism fails it becomes more and more apparent to the average person they are being screwed over in the name of equality/pointless causes, that and people are more informed.
