If i got booze, internet, noms and a roof i'm happy as can be, so extra cash usually goes to getting more of those

Would be excellent to be able to go to some homeless guy and drop 20k on his lap and say "That should get you going", even if most people would say "Oh no he'll just drink it", but dun matter, atlaest it's a chance.

He's given most of his fortune away to good causes anyway, his foundation does a LOT of good work. Not that's he not still minted, but a good guy.

Oh yeah, not saying they don't, just that he gave over half his fortune to his foundation did he not? Think Buffet is another major contributor to Gates foundation.

Afaik no one has ever given away a fortune the size of the one that Gates is working on, by the time he dies it could be well in excess of $100 billion as it is still growing due to donations like the $1.5 billion in shares from Warren Buffet and a huge amount of interest that accrue's annually on the initial capital plus the additions that Bill keeps making. He may well end up having a postive effect on more lives than any private individual in human history as the decades roll by. He might be a grumpy bastard but he has a good soul.
