Recently got a letter through that wireless broadband would be put up in my village(which I ignored as I thought it'd be slow and shit as so many people would use it) to keep up with demands for fast speed broadband(the fastest connection we can get is 1248Kb/s which costs £15 a month)had a look in to it just now, it's live. The installation cost is £299.95

How much does it cost?

• The 512Kb/s service with 10:1 contention is £49.95/month
• The 1Mb/s service with 10:1 contention is £99.95/month
• The 2Mb/s service with 10:1 contention is £149.95/month

Please note that you also have to pay a one-off connection charge of £299.95
Higher bandwidth and lower contention is available on request.
Please also note our standard contention of 10:1 compared to 50:1 for most standard ADSL packages. 2Mb/s means 2Mb/s and not a possible maximum of 2Mb/s!

Watched it last night for the first time and I had to switch it off when Ruth Brown murdered Oleta Adams version of Get Here. The arrangement was fucking shite, and her voice was all over the gaff. I get that the show is called the voice, But it doesn't mean you have to hit every possible note you can sing in every song. It's no different to any of the Idol/x-factor shows.
