It's just a negotiation. Standard stuff. EU will be trying to make a grab for more resource but costs for some stuff would be lower and some programmes need to be de-scoped.

Yes it is normally difficult but it isn't exactly a standard negotiation this time with the traditional differences even worse than normal, not only because we've left but just what they want to spend it on.

Either way, they should do a simple headcount/population/GDP calculation, split it up, sign up to it, then immediately throw it into environmental programmes over and above what they're doing.

Not really I live off c600 cal per day until I don’t have enough body fat left to sustain myself (do not worry it is all scientifically done )

I generally do a couple weeks at a time. Probably circa 1000 calories or so. And then go back to balance to maintain the loss for a while before i get round to it again. Kind of stepping down. After two weeks or so i lose my willpower haha
