Might.. as.. well.. just.. speak.. full.. robot.. if.. genderless.. is.. so.. important.. *beep*

It sounds like a guy with a feminine voice. Not genderless at all, but just seem to be trying too hard.

No, I prefer Alexa or Siri. Females who blindly obey my bidding and never questions my choices(unlike wife).

I don't see why it has to be "gender neutral" anyway...why can't it be a range of voices and accents that you can select that appeals to you the most...

If I can't boss the ladies around, I want an Aussie sheep farmer's voice, who tells me that I can fuck off and that I'm a cunt

Sure, some of the charm is gone now, but imagine getting up there and literally be on the top of the World, even for just the few minutes, and looking down on everything else.

I'd love to experience that feeling, but would most likely be overwhelmed with emotions once I got up there

This.

I'd love to do Everest. And it'd still be much less busy than many more accessable mountains. Snowdon can be like a car-park at the top from Spring>Autumn (and it's fairly busy in winter).

Too many humans.

The end game of civilisation seems to be to to revert to survival of the fittest.

Of course what will happen is we will just move the goalposts.

And where do you think the goal posts will end up? In the short term and long term?

They dont actually say that.
That article is usual Guardian diversion tactic.

They say it will be navigatable all year round because of their ships.

Folow the article link to another guardian clickbait...Danish ships using it..keep reading..its only open 3 months of the year..this may change.

Yeah. Russia built three massive nuclear icebreakers today, because the ice is clearly the same thickness and they simply didn't have the idea to do it in the 1950's.

You're a fucking idiot @Job.

The NW passage has been tried over the centuries with varying sucess due to different winter ice levels.

Just read the wiki to see they havent got a fucking clue.

Al Gore said a the ice would be gone in the summer by now.

The guesses range from 2020 to 2050 to fucking whenever.

Did you read even the first sentence of that?
Pretty much the first paragraph shoots @Job's argument in the face, but he can't help himself but cherry pick the words he wants to see.

That in itself shows the futility in ever responding to one of his posts. Ever.

5 days per decade.

Worst case scenario.
Its nothing to do with low ice levels..they just have better ships and the area is a hot potato at the moment.
