can someone like..break down for me what is happening in that vid?

The guy you hear in the vid is in charge of a fleet (Fleet commander). Its not like other mmorpgs, the FC is responsible for the whole fleet which can get upto 1000 people split over fleets. He will normally be in various chat channels and multi voice comm rooms. He basically gets his fleet to engage a fleet with bigger and better ships but using tictacs manages to take down their fleet before a 45 man fleet gets there to help the other fleet

Awesome FCs are few and far between though. We have been at war with the russians for months now, a proper war of attrition with propganda from both sides and metagaming by the russians who DDOS'd our comms so the FC couldnt give us orders. But the russians use bots to make their money so they have better resources but we do have the better FCs. But with all that money, the russians offer real money for alliances to switch sides but we are holding..just There are huge 1000 man fights most nights.
