No we're not. 1% is 70m people worldwide. Top 5% maybe, top 10% certainly.

To be honest I wouldn't be at all surprised if 1% end up with 2/3 of the wealth, what I don't know is whether this is good or bad from a historic context. I have a sneaking suspicion that for the vast majority of human history a lot less than 1% have owned all the wealth and we're just returning to the historic norm, albeit with a lot more actual wealth to go around.
