Thats not what has happened. They had an audit that said there was no disparity between the sexes. Or at least not a big one. But the whole system of pay in the bbc was bollox so they are re defining the pay structure for everyone.

Electric bike on road...took it from mine to the beach trails, then up to Ainsdale, round trip around 15 miles, heavy going...didnt pedal once, which is silly.
