Ambiguity is a state of uncertainess, so i suppose you could say it means you know you should have the healthy option that the girl on the left is having, but because the girl on the right has a great rack and looks fitter......your not sure if you should go for the greasy chips instead, so you are in doubt as to which to have, i.e, to be ambiguous

I think i right, although i'm sure someone will tell me otherwise

i dont think ambiguous works there, im sure it means that something can be interpreted in more than one way i.e. your mate dave has am ambiguous sexuality. i dont think it can be used the same way as uncertain i.e. im not sure 2+2 = 4.

That's the interpretation I got.

The ambiguity lies within the food itself.

The girl on the left has healthy food but a small rack. Those the term 'healthy' is ambiguously used when you compare it to the girl on the right whose food we would not deem as healthy but seems to show a mighty healthy rack.
