2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

My chilli takes an hour on the hob
Quality dark chocolate 70%< also does the trick. just remember to put it in at the very end. Otherwise it will taste burned and bitter

Undoubtedly there are rules that regardless of procedure, if cars are crashing around you, then you pack up and leave.
I mean after the first near miss, I'd be out of there.
It's almost like the stonewall is a Comcast default.

They apparently broke lots of regulations but pretty much every car in that video was being driven too fast for the conditions.

I doubt they care, they have a near monopoly in most places.

Every road safety course I have been in teaches you to use common sense and err on the side of caution.
I don't know a single person who would sit there watching that carnage without calling a halt to the repair...people literally could have been killed.
This is gonna go very badly for Comcast.

Duty of care is on the car drivers. If that truck was broken down everyone would blame the drivers for going too fast and not being in control of their vehicles, and it wouldn't even be a discussion. But because they're doing their job (which still needs doing even when its snowing) people can go "blame!!" and in America "lawsuit!!" The truck has cones and fucking flashing lights for God's sake.

The hole in that response is they could drive away...I would inform my company drive away and report the situation to the Police, you know..like any normal human being.

There are plenty of people who could have called the police, including the fucknut videoing it. But just look at that twat at the end, moronic drivers is where the blame lies here, obstructions are part of driving.

So, what's being said here is that because they knew the accidents were going to happen, and it wasn't their fault, then let's just sit and watch the carnage?
What were the conditions? We can see the snow, but is there ice under it? What about the drivers who managed to stop and got tail-ended, just let that happen?
Awful lot of "it would never happen to me" blinkered experts on here sometimes.

Did you see the guy in the black pickup? You could have put cones out for a 100 miles and that retard would still have tail-ended the car in front. And to say they "knew accidents were going to happen" is nonsense. Case in point, we see two schoolbuses going past in that video, which stop in random places all the time. If one of those had been there instead of a Comcast truck, they wouldn't have been criticised, the blame would (rightly) be with the drivers. People are sliding off the road because they are going too fast for the conditions, its really that simple.

If my auntie had bollocks she'd be my uncle, she isn't.
It was mostly avoidable, regardless of were the blame was.

Euclidea is the mobile game to play if you enjoy geometry

Oh thank you very much for that, like I had hundreds of spare hours just waiting for a maddeningly addictive puzzle game that pushes most of my puzzle-buttons!

Yes, most people drive too fast for the conditions..the pickup truck idiot just got a lesson in that.
But regardless, the Comcast truck was making the situation from dangerous to actual collisions.
They should have left or waited for Police to set up extra traffic calming.
I think Comcast have just sealed their fate as the worst kind of jobsworth company.

And that's the actual narrative here, which is why this is all over reddit; "everyone hates Comcast" is the story.

Looking into it, they broke every rule in the book, cones are for a hard shoulder park in their state.
They should have had flaggers and 500m warning signs for making cars merge with opposing traffic.
Thats the strict rule..but of course, thats where this is headed.
