At the start of this semester a wing, or a hall if you will, was moved so that the space is now vacant. Lights are off and all the classrooms are empty. The door to said wing is locked, but it is accessible if you have a student card(they didn't reconfigure the lock, so anyone can enter really, but no one does). One day I realized this and I found the holy grail. My own university bathroom. 6 separate little toilets with their own faucets and everything. The one at the end of the even has a shower. The maintenance crew still tidies it up daily with fresh paper towels, toilet paper and cleans the place. It is perfect! Superb 4G connection too. So every lunch break I go to my own toilet and take a massive dump in complete silence. This literally makes my day. If I wanna take a dump in silence at home, I either gotta do it at 3am or when no one else is around, which is practically never.

So today I peak around before entering the hall to make sure no one sees me; since I obviously do not want to share this sanctuary of mine. Then when I get to the toilets a guy comes out of one of the toilets, shaking the water off his hands and walks towards me. As he passes me he says "We don't tell anyone about this place, okay?". I was so baffled I almost shook his hand. So now I gotta share it with this douche bag.

I didn't brag about it earlier, because I thought I'd jinx it, but now it is just not the same

They are glorious. At my old job I used to use one in part of the building that was closed and only used for Storage. You needed keys to get in and I used it every time, until a guy who had a key for the store told me it is where he went for a shit and a wank. After that I could never go back, what if I found out he used my favourite cubical

It does look nice, but I'm always a bit dubious about the ergonomics of some of these hybrid tablet/laptop jobbies; isn't all the weight in the screen? Doesn't it wobble all over the place?

extra battery and possible dGPU in the keyboard component will stable that shit out imo.

It definitely has the discreet GPU in the base, it's (apparently) only active when the screen is docked.

Surface Pro dGPU - Betting money seems to be on the GTX 950M or something close to that. The assumptions are based on the 65W PSU, same as apple uses on the Macbooks and x50's have been king on the high end ones.

probably right there, @Hawkwind. tbh I personally think the Surface Book will be a pretty killer little laptop, and actually a pretty good deal even though the Euro taxman will likely make me pay dollar == euro+19% :-/

personally I'd go for either of the 256GB SSD models with dGPU, so the i5 or small i7 (prolly the latter) to maximize my gut-feeling filty Euro buck-banging ways although the big RAM and the 512GB SSD is tempting in as much as I can then sell my 2x1TB USB3 portable drives, and my trusty 32GB USB3 sticks that I run VM's on.

Also he couldnt use paypal for some reason i forget now and the only way to pay is via that method. But there you go. I had reasons and i dont have to justify them
