So it seems the stylus.on the Note5 can be easily inserted the wrong way round by mistake..and if you push it home the phone is fucked because it breaks the pen sensor.

Thing is I don't think it's necessarily the right to bear arms that's the issue in the States - look at Switzerland, they are also armed to the teeth, yet somehow avoid going postal every chance they get.

I'd say it was more the nutters they breed over in America that are the issue. The guns don't help, but I suspect they are a single component of a far more complex issue......

If you think that video is bad, watch it from the shooter's POV. You should understand before you watch it that it really isn't very nice, particularly as he waits for the live camera to pan to his target before he shoots - for maximum effect.

Open carry laws, cursory eligibility checks, zero training, no audit of guns that are sold on, the list goes on. Switzerland is nothing like America's gun law setup where you wouldn't be allowed near a weapon until you've done your military training and you keep the thing locked in a gun safe at all times except training (and even with all that, Switzerland still has much higher firearm death stats than anywhere in the EU. Much lower than the US, but still higher than us).

It might be a more complex issue, but I don't think the average American is intrinsically more bonkers than the average European, and if they are, that's more reason to control guns, not less.

As for this fucker...well if he lives to police custody, the trial should be short, just watched the second video...fuck.

The best response to this would be for the media to report just the facts of the case while completely ignoring every personal detail of this suspect's life. But they won't, they'll be hungry for whatever they can find. The Daily Mail will publish "chilling" photographs of him not smiling 3 years ago at a party. TV news stations will interview his neighbours, classmates, anyone they can find. And this guy, if he did it, will gain the notoriety he so obviously desires.
