I've just done a two-day poo.

Feels like I've lost weight but I haven't. I've put on about 5lbs in 2 weeks from eating too much.

Going back to my crash diet, which worked. Lost half a stone in a few days: No more than 900 calories a day. No breakfast or lunch. No carbs, no sugar, no fizzy drinks, no alcohol. And no exercise. As much fruit and veg as you like. Evening meal small portions.

It ain't clever but what works, works.
