Except that's not real...some made up crap for some crappy COD game a couple of years ago.

How cute of you to think others think it's real. I believe the normal term is "Fake!" :p

Get with the program.

The quadflyingdeathmachine is very real as a concept though, probably already built by the US(just like the stealth fighter was in the 70s already).

But... but... you didn't put any smileys at the end therefore by your very own system of conveying your emotions, it was a serious post and you thought it was real.

It's from Goldwell's "We Think Stylist" campaign but I couldn't find model names.

Not with a rotors it isn't because it wouldn't be able to carry the ammunition.

And I imagine the recoil would make it a complete slut to aim and keep stable.

it should be a mini railgun. 99% headshot probability. 10 minutes, 10 rounds, 10 headshots, fly back to base for more ammo and batteries.

Fucking hell! Met a couple of friends out on the pub, three other guys joins up, keeps talking about their criminal past etc etc and never shuts the fuck up, keeps being a nuisance and what not. So i told them "nothing personal but i can't stand you guys and your bullshit so moving on myself, cheers". Other friends gets pissed off at me because of that. Cant even be arsed.

It always makes me laugh when people say "it's nothing personal, but..." When it's clearly entirely personal. The guy is a dick and you don't like him. Nothing wrong with that.

I did that a few months ago with an old friend of the wifes..what a fucking bore her husband was, one of those guys who' s always got his arm around your neck, telling utterly shite jokes, thinks he's the life and soul but he was just a prick so I told him one day in the pub...he nearly started crying, his wife left him 2 weeks ago, I'm sure it was me who gave her the confidence to do it.

The Sada Bike

Don't give much of a toss about the foldability but the hubless bit is quite neat (surely friction would be a concern though...).

... and that would be a huge problem in avoiding all those tram tracks and cars that are out en masse to get cyclists.

Think of all the go-pro death footage! "arrrghh fuck sake mate.... SPLAT"

As would be the lack of any obvious brakes!
Looks like a fixed chain single speed affair - braking with yer feet.

Nice looking but would never fill my needs. Looks proper sci fi tho :)

I've seen rim engagement bikes and motorbikes already. Not too sure about the production viabilitity other than it being a gimmick. Obvious plus is that you can combine the braking in to the engagement points, but the pros and cons of that are up to the engineers really.

As to the bike, it's very likely that it has a clutch gearing/braking mechanism. A mate of mine does those: a slight backbedal while coasting will cause the gear mech to switch gears, whereas a full on backpedal will engage the brake built in to the rear hub (or in this case sprocket I guess)
