however activision seem to think that ritual are going to deal with it

Its not gonna happen. This lawsuit is gonna hold up the whole patching project. And lets be honest, a lawsuit can last for months. I aint expecting a patch anytime soon

Considering it is about millions hehe our money, it will take months but considering the costs not just for the suit but also the fact that some people will think twice about buying a startrek game I hope they will settle it soon out of court.
