urm just a question, why do you consider people to be a noob just because they think we get a shitty service? which we do to be fair. They did the right thing over the server hacking they just pulled it off very badly, as usual.

example: I used to play everquest a bit and went LD transfering some items in a trade, i lost the items, the other person didnt get them they just vanished. I contacted a Game Master, he ported himself to me in person (in game) and spoke to me, went and checked some logs and came back a few minutes later and gave me the items. Problem solved, a happy customer.
If anything like this happens on DAOC you contact Right WhenEverWeCanBeBothered and wait up to a week on every problem no matter how small and only half the time they actually resolve it. Goa really do need to sharpen up their act if they think they are going to compete with the likes of SWG, WOW, Everquest 2 etc.
