things to see before you die

after seeing the threads on tornados and those fancy lights in the sky, it got me thinking of things id serious like to see (and probably will) before i die -

machu pichu
the aurora borealis
stone henge
pyramids
a live cannabis plant
watch another fly by of a euro fighter jet
a faithless gig
the buddhist temples in the far east

this year, i will most likely see the pyramids and sphynx

Would like to climb the big 7, i.e. the highest peaks on every continent (incl. the arctic and antarctic). Slim chanse of that happening though.

1. I want to see the curvature of the earth. (not necessarily from space, just from very very high up in a plane would rock tbh, like those mig flights they were selling in russia a while back)

2. I want to see the sun either set or rise on a proper nepalese temple with real life monks and everything, that would be pretty cool!

3. I want to see absolutely nothing but 2 miles of air between me and the ground (again - eg. I want to do another parachute jump)

Cant think of many other plausible things, top on the list of things I'd like to see but have next to no chance of seeing is a planet from space with unaided eyes. I think that would be pretty insane tbh!

Well, only got a few tbh, coz I've accomplished some...

as was already mentioned, I'd love to see the curvature of the Earth also, if i ever had 10k to spend on it, I'd take one of those MIG flights from space city in Russia.

Go on Safari in Africa.

Watch a fighter jet doing maneuvers.

Visit Antarctica.

And both a parachute jump and bungee jump.

What i've done :

Seen the World Trade Center and Empire State Building.

Been to the edge of Niagara Falls and went under it also.

Visited Disneyland as a child.

Been to Newgrange burial tomb [ It's the oldest known one in europe, over 5,000 years old ]

got a few more, although for the life of me can't think what they are atm ironic ain't it...

a motorbike trip accross china or mongolia
learn to drive, 27 never really bothered trying.

thats about all i can think of in the long term, right now its waiting to get tired so i can actually sleep.

2. Experience zero-gravity

3. See an erupting volcano. Rivers of magma. Curtains of fire. The works.

4. Go tornado chasing.

5. Swim with dolphins.

6. Go in a cage. Cage goes in the water. Sharks in the water.

7. Experience the variety of life in the rainforests. Borneo. South America.

8. Go scuba diving in the clearest waters in the world.

9. See the aurorae.

10. Live to see my grandchildren grow up.

11. Drive a Bugatti Veyron

12. Fire a Heckler & Koch MP5

Erm my list,

1) To turn 18 and have a comeback to "Id please sir"

2) Kill a mockingbird, mocking bastards So when someone asks have you read "To kill a mockingbird" (as they do, ALWAYS) I can say "No, but its a lot more fun than they make out in the book"

3) The usual, aurora thing, earth curves bla bla bla

4) Go on trisha pretending to be one of "them" then start up a truly intellectual conversation

5) Go on a motorbike tour with Yeppy (This is last on the list because I probs cant come back after it)

I meant what everyone had already said beforehand. Aurora Borealis, jumping out of a plane, going to space, having elisha cuthbert, following tornados, see a volcano, Niragra falls etc.
