Guess it depends how it's used..

Locally we have issues with these being used in nature reserves/parks etc.

Its practically an ASBO to own one.

Meh, everything was a ASBO around here at one point, but seems to be a massive decline in them recently, we had quad bikes, 'crossers' and Monkey Bikes

To be fair, most the people that used them were stopped by the police and stuff, but they never caused problems, they were practically just going across this public field, not causing and damage, or harm, just having a bit of fun.

Then Gypsies went on the field, and used to chase us off the field with their 4X4's - BUT THATS ANOTHER MATTER.

Well mine was mot'd tax'd insured and I used it for work every day for years, it doesn't have the tyres or the power to tear up parks and farmers fields, that's the pit bikes and 125 crossers, but we have laods of quad riding cops who have put a stop to that.
That vid is on the green lanes in mid wales, no walkers there, so not bothering anyone.
