Think Otus gets on the list of the players that I've had the most fun fights with so far, and he sure gives good RP aswell, a maginicent amount of 4 at times :>
And the fact that all the time he pops up one has screwed up in some way, he does chose his hits well

Every earlier I have "encountered" him he just been stealthed waving, dancing and pointing etc... but now today when some mid mezzed me he struck

The one thing that REALLY sucks is the "so-called-working-fix-of-shooting/attacking-through-walls/terrain"... I was inside at the second door and players were still hitting me. I mean... can't Mythic get a fix to work the first time.
I now the feelin cause when you guys started to cast spells and shoot on me i ran to the otherside of the keep, and kept on bein hit, even Geurilla hit me with a few arrows and i could not get a target on him..

Well...
Thx to Blood i got a new bow, with witch i can one shoot kill yellow cons... Even did a scaleclad hib, then i had to run, cause all his friends came after me... Hey why you picking on my poor hunter. Do you know how much my arrows costs, you should take pride in being hit by me...

Halo: He's a joker and as he says, he has no honour in battle. I know he's easy to kill, but he hasn't shown himself since I declared was on him.
Fafne : The only reason you were on my list was because of the frustration you caused me... someone mentioned it, or I just assumed you were a SB. Anyway, I'm walking around Alb-Casters, protecting them from SBs and one dies, then another and another and I'm going crazy running between them thinking 'how high can his stealth be!'.
Yes, I felt silly when I realised you were a Hunter, but that put you on my list
I cashed in earlier tonight though, when you were on the Hib side of their bridge, I moved in and finished you off, with at least 3 other mids trying to stop me. I literally fell the same second as you did, couldn't believe I actually made it with all those stuns/mezzes going off on me

Twice today, I challenged you when we were alone. There's no honour in flee'ing from a 1-on-1 confrontation. True, I hit my PA on you both times, and managed to kill you in the first battle... but even my PA only takes 1/2 of your health, I still need a few good hits after. On the other hand, SBs can kill you with their PA, failing that, they can kill you in two hits from those unaturally large axes. And still, I scare you!
Jimmey : Can you believe this guy actually tried to kill me the moment I was res'd! He was desperate enough to break stealth and ran in fast for the kill.... although I got this strange message:
Jimmey hits your for xxx damage
You were in transition and were not injured
or something like that... does anyone know why this happend?
It doesn't matter, I've killed Jimmey so many times, even he knows to run away from me. But, I will teach him the honourable way to do battle, so he remains on my list.
I also have a list for people I don't kill.
Molly : seen her many times and she fights well. I won't attack her, unless the situation calls for it, or if she attacks me first. The only SB I actually approve off
Hibs : All Hibs are on my neutral list(except Halo), unless they're attacking Albs. When you're attacking Mids and you see me waving at you, I'm actually there defending you from Mid SBs. I killed Ottus once today, and another kobold who was sneaking around you. Not to mention a hunter I chased off...
Ottus the sneak came back later and whilst I was away from the group, killed 4 elfs in abot 30secs! I was disgusted!
p.s. it's not an alliance I form with you, rather an understanding. You want SBs dead, I want to kill SBs. It's just too easy to kill Hib Casters and no longer entertains me. Even your NS guard can be seen from 10 meters away!
If I attack a SB close to your group, I may forgive accidental attacks on me, but should any Hib deliberately kill me... woe will be his name... if he's a caster, he should fill in a RightNow form and ask GOA to change his name, race and class.

ow, and the moron that had the idea to give SBs Critical Strike AND 2-handed weapons... it's just outragious that SBs can 1-shot rogues, but that we can't even 1-shot mid casters!

Kay, SBs hit for a load of bricks, yes... Megnalia or something tho, another SB I met on the alb bridge yesterday, she hit me with a piano filled with bricks, bout 460, must have been some additional damage there, sencond hit worth 250

Sma you forgot to mention that at the first contact (I died about 4 times tonight so it had to be this one) I had just killed some saracen scout and I was out of poison and end.
And at the second contact you got your PA through because I really really thought every Alb would be on Alb side and ran without stealth. I was on 45-50% health before I even noticed it. I did search for you after the regen but you went back to Alb side.
I hardly ever start a fight without full end so that might be the reason I evade you if I spot you coming.
Anyway enought with the poor explanations.
If you think you got what it takes to beat me you can try it tomorrow.

Well if i had not been sitting down, when you got you first hit in, then i would have killed you...
It's fun to hunt stealthers especally hib backstabbers, yellow con go down fast to my spear, can take out two btm at the same time. I really have't got a hit list since i usually pick off the one that kills me. And its fun to sneak up and hit a alb/hib backstabber in their back, seems i have higher stealth than them, and do more damage with my spear. But you albs poison hurt me more than the hib, or is it just that the hibs dont know how to use their poisons correctly

'Otus', I've killed you thrice already(admitedly, you were sitting down on one occasion, but it's the only time I managed to one-shot a SB ). If you still don't recognise me as the bane of shadowbanes, I'll be back tonight
As far as I know, Envenom is the same in all three realms, as in the poisons you by and the way you spec. If Alb poisons are hurting more, then they've probably sepc'd higher and using a better quality poison. I haven't spec'd poison myself, although I might raise it for the next BG as the 'root' effect is pretty handy.
Is your spear 'thrust' or 'slash'... does midgard even have thrust weapons, or is it swords, axe and hammers only? Well, if you want to go 1-on-1 with me tonight, I'll come up close, give a few waves so you can tell your dense troll friends to back away
The worst thing about spotting mid casters is, seer-classes look like casters aswell and they wear chain. I've one-shotted casters, sitting or standing, but sometimes you hit a shaman/healer and it all goes wrong :/

The spear i use is thrust dam, there are other dam type spears aswell....
And i try to not stand close to any other mid, since your casters can nuke me, thru them, even if you dont know i'm there. I really dislike it when some char keep follow me around so you my enemies see him and go chasing after him, and then spot me. Lost many good targets this way. But if you are polite and ask them not to follow, they listen.

I admit that the hundreds of dead Albion and Hibernian warriors that had died to my axe before must have been cheering at you from the underworld when you managed to one shot me by the bridge but trust me it takes more than that to become a bane of shadowblades.

I don't use poison. I'm going for the 'full melee' effect.
The way I see it is, instead of compromising my Slash and Critical-Strike skills, by training Envenom... I can leave Envenom alone and become more skilled in Slash/CS. Thus, doing more damage with my weapons, without having to rely on poisons.
Although Envenom does have uses beyond doing damage, I'd rather finish the fight ASAP, without fooling around with poisons and an extra blade(some infils keep a third blade ready, which has been prepared with additional poison).
It was a good fight though, I like one-on-ones the best... even if I die. I think you took too long bringing out your spear, I got around three hits before you started attacking.
Incase you didn't know, I was with you from when you fought away the Lurikeen... who ran back to his pk. After you ran around the ruins for a while, I followed you towards the bridge, where you stealthed and rested. Once you stood up, I went in.
And that is the life on an assassin. It's not as easy to get the kill as some people think... lots of stalking and patience involved.
My next objective is to solo a tank. I tried on a dwarven skald named Matt****? ... anyway, he sent me to the nearest bindstone without breaking a sweat
Although I did attack him next to the central keep, and had archers ripping into me at the same time. Perhaps a blue-con kobold skald, will something to look for.

I've trained Envenom to 4, using the points I saved from auto-training Stealth to lv16. I only wanted it for the 'snare' effect, but I'm not sure if it sticks, or even if it's working at all

I'm sorry but when my Critical doesn't hit, I run or I struggle, it's my way. Doesn't mean you're some kind of super stealther, just I prefer to fight my way, not yours.
