Yeah, I agree - the quality of rugby from the 'main' teams has generally pretty dived down a bit, will be very interesting!

First game nerves -it happens to rather a lot of the 'big' rugby nations during WC's. My sentiments go with Raven here - the shite nerves are out the way now time to move on and play proper rugby. Note the only real series of quick balls in the whole game led to a try just as Southern Hemisphere teams like it when they have ball in hand but struggle with when defending against. That bodes well if that keeps going.

I think Wilko will bounce back. He wasn't that awful, there were a lot of ~45m kicks and they're never easy. Everyone's just been spoilt by his completion rate being so high.
