The use of ROGs in templates.

We all know ROGs can have awesome stats and fit in perfectly into your template. However, they make your template kinda un-replacable if they wear down. Now, not all bonusses on ROGs are affected, like resists, but some are.

Which bonuses are affected by getting low con on items?
Which bonuses aren't affected at all?

+Stats, +Stat Cap, +Hits, +Hits cap, +Powerpool, +Power cap, +Skills, and the various TOA bonuses such as melee speed, melee damage, etc.

Only +skill yes. If you're making the template for pve you have no reason to worry. Armour can stay down at 70% con in pve. And in rvr only thing you have to worry about is low quality armour pieces.

What do you mean Eva? No need to repair anything? I thought damage and armorfactor were reduced at lower con..

the worse cond your armor is, the more damage you take to that armor part, so screw that 70% theory for armor :p

And of course stuff can take a long time to decay. The RoG's in Darzil's pre-TOA Template are still at >60% Dur, and he's got more than 3 bulbs into 50 (without doing the Cats mini-quests). As he's been main tank for most of those bulbs, he gets hit a fair bit.
