I solo, but very bored of argamon and the stealther zergs atm..agramon is fucking awesome when people actully use the middle of the island..they should remove the boats or change the root so people are forced to use the mile gates more.

Yeh the bridges were the stupidest idea ever.

Should have just had the island as a seperate entity which you sailed too, and you could sail to different spots on it. Like "Boat to Albion Side" or whatever.

At least the bridges are nice and big I guess.

It is utter wank for soloing. Semi-viable for stealther, rest just impossible to do.

And with the new 'HOTSPOT' its just a too good spot to go for the Pennytraights, IShotYou, Pips-zerg etc. Lore bridge on random character and see a bunch of 5~ people on 1 bridge.. Resulting in instant-adding and thus not much fun from my PoV.

I dont like grouping on stealther personally, so that reduces the viable targets even more.

Hoping on clustering next week so more spots become viable for *ANY* RvR.

Other, soloing is boring. Noone to talk with, plan strategies with, have a good time with, have a laugh with when you get killed for the third time in a row. It's a MMO, you're supposed to play with other people. If I want 1v1s I'll go play a singleplayer game, or perhaps 1v1 matches of Quake 3.

When i tend to rvr when solo, i just hang around AMG mostly or maybe wonder down to the bridge up the side of the mountain bit, so i can see when FG's come past, but when i see a soloer i can do /bow or something till he turns around and see's me.


BTW i heard it was allowed to strafe around someone, but i also heard your not aloud to strafe and also turn in circles? is that true? i just heard it from someone but didn't know if it was.

It's very annoying to meet you solo. Usually someone of the group starts striping buffs of you and the leader tells them to leave it while you RR5 half of the grp being RP horny and waste their time. Then I eventually have to lifetap you to save you the way home .

Yeh that usually happens, but only the first few times then you realise who i am and leave me alone. Thanks for that btw.

Exactly my thoughts. People always moan when classes go about in groups, but this is a multiplayer game and most classes are built for grouping.

IMO group vs group fights are more fun anyway.

i solo allways with my scout(but i play him about once a month)
i solo nearly allwasy with my sorc, if i dont solo i run in duo with my friend, or in a fg(wich is very rare with sorc)
i solo maybe once a month with cleric(it's not easy.. ) but usualy run in a fg (last time i ran solo with cleric, maestodick & friends used like 5 minutes killing me )

Well didn't have much choice at one point, but ended up liking it as much/more than grp stuff. And yup, it is a bit anti-social with no one to talk to etc. - I normally compensate by boring /gu with running commentary of my exploits. But otherwise I like the fact the fuck-ups are yours alone, and it's a good feeling when u pull off a coo and kill some stuff you mebbe shouldn't have been able to.

As I said before, agramon is shit for visable solo, but the primetime that fgs roam atm seems v short - all fgs seem to go to bed by 11pm ffs. Was v nice for soloing late last night, lots out, lots of duos/trios.

Oh behave all of you, Theres no reason why you cant solo, solo is what you do, its not based on other peoples actions. The fact 'i solo but i dont like getting added on' is top is also quite funny, I solo pretty much 24/7 in Agramon, last night i got 28k, today i got 31k, With very few adds.
Now maybe thats because i dont add on other people, so they dont add on me, or prehaps its that i know who to fight, where to fight, and most importantly
when to fight.
Either way, if you want to solo, theres no reason on earth that would stop you. No matter how much you try and justify it

(And for those who say 'its not as fun on your own', Well i for one find it more fun having a 1on1 with another person, pitting your char against theres in a fair battle to decide a winner, than to say.. kill a soloer with 3/4ppl who has no chance of fighting back, But hey, whatever floats your boat)
