Rooney was way off form, his hair pinning seems to have given him tunnel vision. Young was gash, even when we seemed to be doing ok in the first 20 minutes. Carroll was wasted when he came on. Our defence was first class though. At the end of the day you can't allow Italy to just take their time in midfield, we just couldn't get the ball.
