Has absolutely no DRM/protection apparently. It seems ubisoft want to test this out to see how it affects sales/piracy. The only semi-solid confirmation I've seen of this is an NFO from a piracy release group that's put it out there. They say there's no protection at all.
So basically, everyone buy it! It's only £25 from amazon/play and I think (if this information turns out to be accurate) it's worth buying just as a vote for no-drm in PC games. Hopefully if it's successful enough they'll ditch DRM and perhaps other publishers will follow suit. Wishful thinking perhaps but it's worth a try. Plus the game looks pretty good fun.
Anyway, the second I get confirmation of this, I'll be ordering it. I've also read mumurrings that the steam version isn't quite so clean, so retail box version is the one to go for. Usually works out cheaper than steam anyway.
So, anyone else interested in ordering?
