Shuttle basically designed their own form factor a while back to fit the then-unique design of their chassis, and elements such as taking the fan off the CPU they've already done in a rather indirect manner, the only thing I'd expect immediately from them is PCI-Express and Socket-T systems for the new graphics and subsequent generations of prescott CPUs.
