A gimmicky waste of time.
Frankly, I'm not watching again until you get red, green and spikey blue shell powerupsThis just feels that bit more fake than all the KERS and DRS stuff though. I half expect to see power-ups and overtaking combo bonuses. The spending cap is a move in the right direction. Just put all the drivers in a similarly spec'd car and let them race ffs.

Finished second with the Aussie guy getting DQMake room for Kevin Magnussen! 21 years old and finishes 3rd in his debut. Also he had an insane save in yesterday's Q3 at 240kph
Got to feel bad for Ricciardo though. I don't know how much input he had in the technical setup but to be DQ'd in your home race, especially when you've go a podium has got to be gutting.
It being his home race, yes, but overall I am sure he is still pretty happy. They've clearly got a good car underneath them which will only improve throughout the season. For me this rings alarm bells of another Vettel season, though I really hope Mercedes and McClaren have their some answers to that!
It was a good car only because they were cheating. They knew what they were doing, to be honest the DQ didn't bother them because their car was at the front for the race and the words Red Bull were spoken dozens of times. Then the words Red Bull were written about dozens of times in relation to the DQ. It's all good for Red Bull.
