So yeah. I was nice enough to lend her one of my apartments when we broke up so she could stay in Stockholm and keep her job (she said she would get her own soon enough). It has been 5 or 6 months since (many fights later) and i sent her a text this morning something along the lines:

Hi Nadja. How's everything going with the apartment? Hey i was actually thinking of getting rid of it soon as im moving and dont want anything sitting in my name, but of course i´ll let you find something stable before i end the contract with the company that rents them.

She answers: Eh... are you stupid in your skull?

tbh that answer alone is why she has to leave the apartment immediately. you won't be able to sell or rent it out with someone living in it, and no way is a company going to take it back with someone in it.

I'm confused as to whether he owns the appartments or whether he's renting and paying her rent?


If it's the latter, job easily solved. If it's the former then he needs to turn up in a van and a load of mates - then move her shit out without telling her. Changing the lock is a good thing (though he'll probably be asking for a new front door at some point).

If you own a property the best thing to do with people who try to fuck you over is move them out yourself...
