Today i decided to have a gander at books inside WHSmith and i came face-to-face with the Atkins Diet book. I havent considered a diet before really speaking, recently due to me becoming fulltime and not being able to go the gym.
But today i was told i can go back Part Time if i desired - thus getting time/rest for gym.
I had a quick read of it, but only a quick one, so i couldnt really find what i thought i was looking for.
I might go buy this book within next few days, but only if i know it works and doesnt do anything "bad" to you.
Has anybody had any problems while on this diet? How long does it take for the weight to drop? What is the main types of foods you can have?
What stuff is there to be weary about? Just general information on this book..
