The new season is almost upon us. I've renewed the main league so I think whoever was in it last season will automatically be added as soon as they log in for the first time and submit a team. I see @georgie and @Trem have already been added.

I don't think there are any changes to chips or rules.

Go to Fantasy Premier League, Official Fantasy Football Game of the Premier League and enter either or both of the codes above. You'll have to sign up and throw a team together before you can join but you can change it endlessly and without penalty before the deadline on August 11th.

For the moment, just stick any old team in to get it into the league. No point setting a proper squad up just yet because of transfers.

My thoughts exactly. The form he's in against two teams at the wrong end of the table. He has (or has had) a cold, apparently it's going to be a late call as to whether he starts vs Swansea but if he's fit I can't see him not getting a decent haul of points. Famous last words.

Kane's been awarded the second goal vs Stoke but, because they're a bunch of lazy bastards, the Fantasy Football people aren't going to update the scores to reflect it.

Ffs. I had Milivojevic on my bench a couple of weeks ago when he scored 9 points and I have Zaha on my bench today and he's got 11 so far. I'm really bad at picking Palace players (although Van Aanholt just scored, which is nice).

Seems so. I thought Salah was the safer bet vs Stoke. So now pinning my hopes on a Kane 2 pointer... Strange to be hoping for a poor performance from one of my players!

I sold Sané in order to bring Salah in so I can pretty much guarantee that he'll do well tomorrow. I bought Salah and then panicked a bit after the deadline because I was sure he would be rested. Turns out he might as well have been.

Bloody 14 point week for Zaha.
