Jose looks beaten as a person. If Chelsea care about keeping him and his legacy they should give him 2 or 3 months off to be with his Dad and sort his head out. If they don't there is a good chance he goes out a flop and taints his legacy. I think he deserves better than that. Finding out that this could be about his Dad has humanised him a bit and makes me want to see him go away and sort himself out.
