I was thinking about Di Maria as the most expensive transfer in EPL, it almost seems fatal to be one of the top 10 in terms of performance:

I've put my own opinion after each one, I mean how many would you consider to be a flop?

So its ok when you dis Arsenal players over and over but someone mentions a spuds player and that's not OK. Whatever! Personally he is not the best left back and both Gibbs and Baines are better IMO

The England squad is a bit of a joke to be honest, Bertrand should have been in the squad as he's been the most consistent high performer this season. Andros Townsend is absolutely garbage and I have no idea how he has been selected over Ashley Young, he's not even performing for Spurs, I was a champion of Rickie Lambert, but he's not playing week in week out with Liverpool so Austin or Ings should have been given the chance to see what being with the squad feels like.

I don't mind Carricks selection simply because he's been treated like garbage to cater for the dream team that was Lampard and Stevie G, but the talk of the FA extending Hodgsons contract at the moment has me freaking out. He's done nothing to justify an extension at this moment in time, and this squad has jobs for the boys written all over it!

To be fair, the England squad is always about names rather than form. A change of manager would be nice though and I agree he hasn't done a lot but then he hasn't really had much to work with.
