Im in Asia and the number of people who happily admit they used to be Utd fans is hilarious. I have come to understand it though, these people have no real ties and supporting teams is culturally different.

Got a mate who's from salford. Used to be a diehard manc fan and season ticket holder. His ex-best mate watched Utd with him despite being from Leeds (which I always thought was weird).

In the last couple of seasons he's "just lost interest". His old best mate now watches Leeds again so I've heard

I'm too depressed to talk about it. I've been prepared to cut Moyes' lots a slack considering the shoes he's had to fill, but it doesn't look like he's got a clue what to do. Problem is this isn't an issue that's going to get fixed in a summer spending spree; he's not got what talent he does have motivated, and he still has no clue what his "best" team is.
