Need more performances like that from the front 3 behind the striker, great performance for 90 minutes.
Wonder if any other teams will get the same ideas against Liverpool? Strangled the midfield and Suarez was next to anonymous.

Nope just watched it on MOTD although the pundits thought it was a pen as was Hazards.

As I said before, a massive amount of questionable decisions in that game but I think the more blatant ones went in Chelsea's favour - e.g Eto'o red and the foul in the box. Hazard was fouled SO MANY TIMES with absolutely no repercussions though it was absurd. It's getting tiresome now, feels like he gets punished for being better than other players.
Was an absolutely thrilling game though, despite Jose trying to suck the joy out of it in the second half - but from his perspective I totally get it, even if as a fan I would have preferred another shootout like the first half.

Was a good game. We didn't play as well as we did against City - you had a terrific spell for about 20 minutes until your equaliser, but I think we deserved a draw in the end.
Ah well. Hopefully two *quality* offensive additions in Jan (fat chance) and most big teams have to come back to Anfield yet. In with a shout for top 4.
I'd say you're pretty much nailed on for top four tbh, the way things are right now. Everton will drop away, Southampton already have, I reckon we'll be lucky (ie. one of you lot will need to go on a massive losing streak - pls Arsenal) to get a sniff this season. It looks like it's going to be a great season though.
We did play some lovely football (MotD2 only showed about 10% of Paulinho's magic) but Stoke were awful yesterday. But I do love how Sherwood has us playing, I heard all sorts of positive adjectives about our performance. Just need to get super-Jan back (another few weeks without him apparently).

@ileks Not to be harsh my friend, but your away following was the worst I've ever seen, very much a prawn sandwich brigade... sitting down on an away day pfft!
Other than that it was a bad point for us, should have won 3-4 and instead got a sucker-punch. 6 points in the next two games may send us top again.. but we need to improve, I can't handle another year in this division.

United are only two points behind and have won 6 on the bounce.
City will win it, Chelski and Arse are close for second - on yesterday's showing I can't call it. Utd are good for 4th as they have much more strength in depth.
Rodgers would have to buy top top top class quality if we're to have a chance, and Fenway, despite running things in the right manner, are skint compared to the others.

. They're a different monster. League is getting far to tight at the moment. I don't want fucking play-offs, I've had enough of those heartaches over the years!

Our fans never stand. We had a "stand up for the Orient chant" but that was soon replaced by "sit down for the Orient". I'm told we played shit and it was a scrappy game. Your midfield was in control but your defense was dodgy?
I wasn't expecting Brentford to do so well this season. We smashed them 3-1 at their place earlier this season and they looked average.

Is it a thing then? Only managed to muster half a song after you scored as well. When Jack Price went off in for Dangerous Dave we lost the midfield and the game.
