Just watched the highlights and I do not know if I am biased but I do not know why Arteta got a red. Chamakh ran into him as much as anything and they were 40 yards from goal. It was far from a goal scoring opportunity as lets face it Chamakh is not a guarantee for 15 yards and he is not the quickest so he was hardly the last man? If it is just because it was a cynical foul that is fine. But still only a yellow normally.

This is what concerns me about Chelsea and has done for years - when our play slows down and we just seem to run out of ideas/impetus. I know you can't just turn it on at will, but it feels like a lack of effort more than anything some times.

With that said, beautiful goal from Aguero. No idea what Cech was or wasn't doing though, pretty criminal to get beaten at your near post like that.

No, he elbowed Torres in the face. Webb gave the foul but not a red, not sure how that's possible - if it's a foul with an elbow to the face, it's red.
