Barrow or Macclesfield v Cardiff

Being Cardiff, that's more a chance to lose and look stoopid rather than an easy game to the next round.

Hull away for Orient. Just about the worst, most boring draw possible. Won't mind if we go out today.

So Abramovich has got to be trolling the fans at this stage right?

Wish we had a defence, might actually have a viable shot at the CL with this attacking lineup. :(

Some very young players in the squad for tomorrow. It looks like Wenger is hoping some of them can step up.

1 Wojciech Szczesny
5 Thomas Vermaelen
7 Tomas Rosicky
15 Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
16 Aaron Ramsey
18 Sebastien Squillaci
22 Francis Coquelin
23 Andrey Arshavin
25 Carl Jenkinson
27 Gervinho
29 Marouane Chamakh
38 Martin Angha
39 Zak Ansah
48 Sead Hajrovic
53 Jernade Meade
55 Elton Monteiro
60 James Shea
67 Chuba Akpom

Also hearing that Kroenke has told the club to start looking for a replacement manager. If what my friends are hearing is true (which it rarely is Arsenal are a bunch of gossipy bitches) Wenger has been consulted and will become Director of Football and Head of Youth Development and a new guy will take over as First Team Coach / Manager.

Why would he agree to that? He must be one of the most sought after managers in the world.

I think he has said more than one that his plan has been to move upstairs when his time comes to step down as manager. While I could see that happening if stepping down is his choice but not if he is sacked.

Someone will come knocking with £5million+ a year and test him though.

I'd have him today, and i'd carry Benitez back to Spain on my back :p

haha :) yeah the more logical turn of events would be

Furguson retiers - Jose to Man U - Wenger + Santi + Vermaelen/Arteta (I am not sure which is captain so they are both at risk) to Madrid. :)

I think it's got to the point that managers would think twice about bothering. A year in the job and they would likely to be out.

With a big fat pay-off though, and it can hardly be seen as a black mark on your CV to be sacked by Chelsea at this point given... well, everything. I don't think there's many managers that wouldn't take it from a purely fiscal point of view - and let's face it, that's modern football.
