I'm a bit ambivalent about this kind of thing tbh. Its nice for us that key players can be rested, but I think overall it does the fans a disservice and I feel a bit sorry for Braga who, despite what Fergie says, are going to lose out when United play the kids against Gala and Cluj.

The defence was problematic, moving the midfield up to try and make up for poor attacking made it worse.

As soon as United play a decent team they're going to get stomped out of Europe, defending this season for them has not been a strong point.

A lot of our midfield has quality it is just so many other areas aren't living up to the massive wages they are paid.

Defence looks disorganised and hapless, Torres looks worse than Shevchenko at his worst. If we converted half the chances we scored we'd be fine.
