Millionaire ex-Chelsea star Michael Ballack tried to dodge a speeding fine by claiming he was “out of work” and had “no money coming in”.

What a cunt. He has sent lawyers into court to argue his £8k fine down to £800. What makes no sense is in fighting this he will spend more than that £7200 on fees so I have decided he is a massive cunt.

Also - been reading today that the allegations against Battenburg are based upon Ramires (who's English is sketchy) hearing 'Shut up monkey', also taking into account Battenburg has a strong geordie accent. Mikel is also pressing ahead with this allegation, but his english is fine, so wonder if he's got caught out by the accent too The Mata matter has been dropped too I've heard.

Should Chelsea be subject to counter litigation if it falls through? My mate (Utd fan) seems to think so, I feel like it'd be a bit harsh and sets a bit of a precedent, I'd expect Chelsea to apologise if it was completely unfounded, but seems to encourage a lot of petulance between those involved if the officials decided to sue Chelsea.

Apparently Theo to Liverpool is all but done for January. He wants £80k a week and £5m signing on and his Agent wants £2m and we do not want to spend that on a player signing a new deal . But the same guy that told me that told me he had already signed a new deal so who knows.
