From what I have seen Oscar and Hazzard will be scary for years to come Hazzard looks the better player right now but in the Arsenal game Oscar looked to be playing a more reserved role and did not get much of a chance to show off.

Don't forget that Hazard is Belgian and learnt his trade in the french league. Good footballer should be able to play wherever, whenever, but dragging a young lad out of Brazil and sticking him into the European Champions side... it must be tough for him. He's shown flashes of class, like Ronaldo when he first played for United, but I think it'll take a couple of years for him to mature in to a truely outstanding player, whereas Hazard is more or less there already.
