He has had periods of good form during those two years but when bad he has been very bad. Buttner showed him how to get it done at the weekend but it doesn't seem to have bothered him at all, shoulders are sagged and not really arsed. One of the most inconsistent players I've ever seen, so irritating. Romeu looked ten times better than him last year and now he's seemingly never getting a chance.

Have said for a long time, we did well in losing him to Chelsea and getting a good payoff. He has ability but no consistency, it must infuriate Chelsea fans, when I am watching as a neutral he does my fucking nut in.

Was reasonably happy with Mikel but the continual brainfarts today have cost us quite dearly. Lampard also looks an absolute passenger with the other guys playing 1-2's, layoffs and plenty of fluid stuff and no legs to join in.

Mikel made some great tackles but too often just gave it away needlessly. We looked ragged in the last 10,don't know why we keep neglecting to use three subs.

Oscar was quality though, had a great view of the curve on that second goal.
