We believe we have turned every stone in the effort to create the basis for continued operation of the club and that we, as responsible management now must note that efforts have been in vain. FC Fyn has since promotion to Betsafeligaen in June unsuccessfully sought to exploit the sporting success to translate a number of conditional commitment injection of fresh capital into the company while extending sponsorship portfolio, parallel with the implementation of a significant cost reduction in both squad and management to ensure continued operation. Most recently, foreign investors have come forward, but it has not been possible to make ends meet together in time. My Dad is devastated. He's played as Fyn (and Dalum before that) since CM 98-99, or something like that. No idea what his fascination with Danish football is, but there we go.
