Disagree entirely. But then I guess I would.

He's not "just falling over" he puts his foot down with far too much force for it to be considered a stabilising action and he in fact falls the opposite way. And the fall itelf was laughable, as in "oh shit what did I just do, I'd better fall over". He could easily have stayed on his feet.

It would be hard to prove intent but that doesn't mean it doesn't look like he did it deliberately.
