Daglish on the tackle- this made me lol :p

"He won the ball," the Scot told Sky Sports 1. "He probably upset the referee with his follow-through but it's not his fault there's somebody standing there.

^dangerous tackle. Worthy of a red IMO, he got the ball but it was wreckless.

Bollocks. Mans game.

Anyway, harsh result. The Adam tackle was never a penalty but Suarez' goal was onside.

Man's game until Suarez gets tackled amirite?

Either way, Liverpool are playing well - I would call one loss to a decent Fulham side cause for concern.

"Man's game" - it's clear you don't actually play football with comments like that. If you did you'd know how reckless that was.

Also - moved above Ch3t in fantasy. About time too.

Reckless challenge, both feet of the ground and had no way of controlling what happened. At least if you are on the ground you can try slow/change direction/move in a manner to limit the risk to the opponent after you won the ball... that tackle was not acceptable at all.

Going by Scouse's rules... i could do a double footed drop kick into someones face as long as I win the ball first. Who cares if i decapitate them, i won the ball and its a mans game so it is allowed!

We are talking about someone who comes from a city where theft is considered a high-flying career path, hardly surprising he has a different understanding of what a 'reckless challenge' is.

Doesn't the finger have a different meaning in South America? Although he's in England now :p

lol, aye the bbc are hilarious... they blur it out and state "Stuck up a middle finger".. if they are offended by it they should blur it and say "made an inappropriate gesture"... but that would be logical.

He should definately get a ban for that. given that rooney was banned for swearing down a camera not aimed at anyone, this is clearly aimed at opposition fans and will come under "incitement" rules i would think

Typical English fans though, we get the best players from all over the world and they get griefed left right and center. oh noes he falls down easy, he gets kicked all over the park and still gets back up and goes for more. Senderos wiped him clean out last night and the ref didn't bat an eyelid.

Our game tonight should be pretty interesting with how we defend these days. We were far superior at their place but anything could happen :d

Yup. I think he flicked the bird at the fulham fans because he definitely isn't a cheat. Problem now is that he'll get that every game :|

If your a team with a small squad it only takes a few key injuries to screw you - a number of other premiership teams are in the same boat now.

All the advantages are with the money - it will take a miracle for anyone to catch Man City with their enormous high quality squad...

Even a large squad can struggle. Look at Man Utd. Struggling along at the moment due to injuries

Yeah. You're 100% right there.

Money's got more than just the "who wins" effect too. Cameras are coming into the game because football is now a business first and a sport second - there's too much money riding on it for it to be "unfair". However, footballs unfairness is part of what makes it great :(

The only thing United are struggling with is City's spending power. City have spent by far the most, therefore they're winning.

I think Mancini has done a great job keeping everyone happy and that cannot be under estimated. Time will tell if he can continue to do so though. I reckon the tevez saga may have helped considerable amounts there though .

Yeah he did, he's gets far too much shit tbh. He loves playing football, there had been far worse dives this year, larsson at the weekend, Wigan the week before against sunderland. It's all fucked up.

Drogba deserves to be stoned to death then.
Implying Drogba is worse than Suarez? Hilarious:p

Looks like Drogba is firmly ahead on Torres in our pecking order, as is Romeu above Mikel.

Chelsea: Cech, Ivanovic, Terry, Luiz, Cole, Romeu, Meireles, Ramires, Sturridge, Drogba, Mata. Subs: Turnbull, Lampard, Torres, Mikel, Malouda, Ferreira, Kalou.
Valencia: Diego Alves, Barragan, Rami, Victor Ruiz, Jordi Alba, Feghouli, Tino Costa, Albelda, Mathieu, Jonas, Soldado. Subs: Guaita, Topal, Aduriz, Piatti, Dealbert, Pablo, Parejo.
Referee: Gianluca Rocchi (Italy)

Good to see Lampard getting rotated a bit now, unfortunately I think he's become a bit of a passenger.

Glad to see Romeu getting the nod. He was an absolute man mountain against Newcastle. Hope he keeps it up.

Hsjahaha Suarez has a long way to go before he is even close to Drogbas theatrics.
