Err, I don't think Seattle, Portland and Vancouver are very Hispanic - I was under the impression the rivalry was down to the fact the teams are all old NASL teams, so there's a long running rivalry

I'd say it would favor a more Asian population like San Fran? Still a Hispanic influence has made the game more popular.
