60k a week is not much considering he was/is deemed 2nd choice striker for a Champions League/Top 4 club.

Think about people like Chicarito, Caroll, Defoe, Anelka etc. They'll all be on similar wages. In some/most cases probably more.

Don't think it's been touched upon yet, but the amount of aggro that John Terry is getting over tha QPR match is hilarious. Has Anton Ferdinand actually come out publically to say that Terry "racially abused" him, or is he keeping quiet letting the shit hit the fan a bit more for him?

I find it so unlikely that Terry would ever say anything racially abusive anyway, considering about what, half the Chelsea team is black?
