Which brings us onto an interesting question.

If you're into double-teaming women, do you really want to high-five your brother?

Isn't this a question for Laddey? Didn't he say he'd rather touch his brother's balls rather than a stranger's?

man, what's going on with footy players in england? everybody are raping everybodys wives or in a bloody car crash :) I'm starting to understand why newspapers like the sun can live on such stories, when many of them are true.

I'd be surprised if it stuck, footballers are easy targets. Not that it may not be an actual rape this time, but the history of allegations against footballers recently would suggest otherwise.

Bullshit Chris, this season your revenue will be down at least £30 million (no Champions League) on last season and you managed a £54 million loss then.

The loss includes interest payment on loans taken out by Gillette and Hicks to buy a club that was previously debt-free...

Welcome back to English football Gerard. Blackburn will be well up for some revenge after their defeat in the league cup semi last year, I can see this being one heck of a game. Wish I could be there but I'm still recovering from my operation and infection. Hohum.

I know bud, even with the debt payment taken out of the equation though you are nowhere near being the most profitable club in the Premier League mainly because of the loss of revenue from no CL this season and potentially next season because of the lack of investment combined with the risk of losing star players if the sale doesn't happen soon.

The guy is trying to sell the fans a dream, the problem is that the reality is a potential nightmare on the horizon.

Strong team out from United, more than enough to see off the Iron IMO. Fergie's even taken the day off, Phelans in charge :)

LOL First Michael Owen, now Emile Heskey... Gerard Houllier probably thinks nothing's changed in English football since he's been away. The Frenchman with the tactical knowhow brings Heskey on for John Carew at Villa and 30 seconds later the big man takes two touches before driving a shot into the Blackburn net. - the beeb.

Chelski down to 10 men now, subs used and Yossi joins Kalou as an injury.

I would prefer a win to a loss but in reality it isn't a cup that I care that much about compared to the others, the real problem seems to be all the players we are loosing.
